SURFACE PREP:  Prior to application, use E-Z Deck Wash to prepare surface by removing any contaminants such as mildew, dirt, oil and grease. Follow instructions on the package. For severely weathered wood, or wood previously treated with a sealer or stain, use a pressure washer to strip away the top layer.

ASSEMBLY:  Carefully cut the two white zip ties securing the hose and pump handle with scissors. Use caution not to cut the black hose. Unwind the hose. Firmly push the connector at the end of the hose into the spout on the pump until it locks into place. Lift sprayer wand off bottle. Push the yellow button while pulling out on the wand nozzle tip. Fully extend the wand until the yellow button snaps into SPRAY POSITION. Shake well. Pump the handle 15 -20 times to pressurize the bottle. After pumping, push pump down & turn handle clockwise to lock into carrying position.

APPLICATION:  Aim wand. Spray by pushing down the white trigger with your thumb. Apply evenly, coating the length of the board in the direction of the wood grain. Do not allow sealer to pool on surface. Always back brush for best results. One coat will provide sufficient protection. Allow to dry 4-8 hours before walking on the surface. Dry time may vary due to temperature, humidity and surface porosity.

HELPFUL TIPS:  This product is intended for exterior surfaces only. Do not use in below grade applications where water pressure is an issue (e.g. basements). Allow new pressure treated wood and concrete to weather for at least 30 days before applying sealer. Do not mix with any other products. Do not apply over previously painted or stained surfaces unless old finish is removed or completely weathered away. Surface and air temperature should be above 50°F during application and drying. Do not use when rain is expected within 8 hours. Test in an inconspicuous area to ensure you are satisfied with the appearance. Goes on milky white so you can see where you applied for complete coverage but dries clear. Avoid contact with surfaces not intended to be treated. Cover adjacent surfaces with plastic before applying sealer. To avoid overspray, spray the deck floor and inside of railings first. Then either brush the outside of rails, or cover the deck floor and spray the outside of rails. For even appearance, don't stop once you start applying. If the spray nozzle becomes clogged, twist to remove it, rinse under warm water and carefully clear the opening with a toothpick. Allow 3 days after waterproofing before painting with an oil-based paint Use an oil-based primer before painting with any latex paint

CLEAN-UP:  Clean equipment and any overspray immediately with soap and water. Dried product can be removed with mineral spirits.

STORAGE:  When finished spraying, push the yellow button and push wand until the yellow button snaps back into the original storage position. Place the wand back onto the bottle with the nozzle facing down. Push pump handle all the way down and turn pump handle and cap counter-clockwise to relieve pressure, then re-tighten prior to storing. Do not store below 40°F. Do not allow product to freeze.

Do not take internally. Prolonged contact with skin may cause irritation. FIRST AID — IF SWALLOWED, call your poison control center, hospital emergency room or physician immediately. IN CASE OF EYE CONTACT, immediately flush with water, remove any contact lens, continue flushing with water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, get medical attention. FOR SKIN CONTACT, wash with soap and water. If irritation persists, get medical attention.
